245 Hammersmith Road is one of the largest developments in Hammersmith in 25 years and Mitchellson are proud to be involved in this striking project.
The development includes the big red workplace offices, retail units, restaurants, a public plaza and Urban Park. There are 11 floors in total and 5 boast more than 27,000 sq. ft. which will be the largest floorplates in Hammersmith. Mitchellson provided the substructure works and 10 floors of post tensioned RC slabs for this project.
