Works for the Harefield Academy Project consist of:
- Enabling Works such as removal of trees and school facilities, preparation for site services including vehicle access, storage areas and laying ducts.
- Groundworks such as preparation of structure foundation, lay foul and storm water pipes, manholes, gully, service ducts, inspection chambers and digging pond west of the sports field.
- RC Frame comprising of steel reinforcement, waterproofing of below ground structure, supply and install pre-cast concrete stairs.
- External Works including construction of tarmac footpaths, vehicle access paths, concrete drains, ACO drains, lightning conductor earth pits, and construction of bicycle shed base slab, bollards, lighting posts and land drain.
