This project comprises of a new build extension (Sammy Ofer Wing) to the existing museum, consisting of a basement level, ground and mezzanine floors and roof level.
Works included; reduced level dig, construction of piling mat, haul roads, hardstandings, concrete crane bases, installation of sheet piling, monitoring of existing buildings and sheet pile movements, bulk excavation, drainage, waterproofing, concrete slabs, columns and walls to all levels, pre-cast staircases and concrete external ramps. Also steelwork for the liftshaft, Brasserie canopy and gutter support, services infrastructure and Caltite waterproof concrete to basement levels.
