The development consists of a new build residential block behind a retained facade, comprising of 28 private residential apartments, 33 parking spaces and 12 affordable housing units. The development also offers luxury living with a full time concierge, club lounge, a private gym, steam room, therapy room, sauna and a private screening room. The development has lower ground and two basements along with 5 upper floors including a penthouse.
Mitchellson carried out the substructure and superstructure works on this impressive project. The substructure works included the 2 storey basement construction, piling, drainage Temporary works and the waterproof structure. The superstructure works included, 5 floors of post tensioned RC Slabs, precast staircases and core walls, traditional core construction, structural steel columns and beams on upper level and retained façade.
