A 500 bedroomed hotel with a large input into design of concrete frame saving 400 tonnes of reinforcement.
2,000 tonnes of reinforcement and 11,000m3 of concrete was used. 28,000m3 of muck away was disposed of and the area of the build consisted of 19,500m2 of floor construction and 7,300m2 of wall construction.
