Mitchellson are providing bulk excavation, ground works, reinforced concrete sub & superstructure for this retail and residential development which is adjacent to the main rail line and public car park.
An example of the types of work being carried out consist of; reduced level dig, removal of piling mat, reinforcement detailing, construction of piling caps, lift pit and ground floor slab, service to trenches and ducts, installation of crane base and waterproof membrane to GF slab.
The supply and installation of the tower crane, construction of reinforced concrete frame from GF to level 4 including roof and mezzanine slab. Mitchellson will also carry out screed works, installation of RC wind posts, balcony brackets and lightning protection system. Hard landscaping is also included with street furniture.
